I had an incredible stay here! The staff's attentiveness made us feel incredibly welcome, especially with their respect and commitment to our comfort. The location was spot on, right beside a mall, and offered ample food choices, making it super convenient after our long travels.

The location is perfect, right next to a mall, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient.

The shower in the room did not drain properly, causing it to fill up quickly and creating a potentially unpleasant bathing experience.

Super friendly staff and the location is a total win, right next to a mall! ! Housekeeping does an excellent job keeping the rooms tidy. Definitely a pleasant environment for travelers.

Water pressure in the showers could use a boost for a better experience.

Just a smart choice for a two-day stay in Naga with great value for the money. The staff was really friendly and helped with our luggage, which made check-in easier. Bring your own toiletries, as they only have limited supplies.
